Dear Alameda Clinic Patient,

Thank you for choosing Southwest Care Center as your primary care provider. We are truly grateful for your decision to allow us to serve you. We are excited to announce that the Alameda Clinic will be undergoing major renovations to improve your experience. Please read below to learn more about how you can continue your treatment with your existing Southwest Care Center provider during our temporary closure.

Effective January 17, 2025, Southwest Care Center is planning to temporarily close its Alameda Clinic for major renovations. All services offered and all providers and staff at the Alameda Clinic will transition to the Harkle and Galisteo Clinics, while renovations occur. The current projected renovation timeline should allow for a grand re-opening of the Alameda Clinic in December 2025. Please know that even though we will be providing services from a different location short-term, you can expect to receive the same high-quality, judgement-free care with exceptional service you have always had at our Alameda Clinic location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to serving you from our soon-to-be-renovated Alameda Clinic upon completion. 

Additionally, the Alameda Pharmacy will be operating from the Harkle Pharmacy location. You can pick up prescriptions at the Harkle Pharmacy or choose shipment or local delivery. Our regular, friendly, Alameda Pharmacy Staff will be onsite at Harkle, and available to help support you during this transition.
