Sheldon has over 25 years of experience in healthcare across a range of sectors, including acute care, post-acute care, mental health, and social services. He holds both a master’s degree in social work and a master’s in business administration. Most recently, Sheldon served as Vice President of Case Management at Mount Sinai Health System in New York City. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in academic, not-for-profit, for-profit, and faith-based healthcare organizations. With extensive expertise in social determinants of health and complex case management, Sheldon has made significant contributions to the field. He has also served on the boards of several prominent organizations, including the Alzheimer’s Association, Meals on Wheels, the Holocaust Memorial Museum, and the ALS Association.
